Hip Hop Blog: Death Comes in 3s by DJ Munny
So I’m not sure if you have heard this new mixtape by Fabolous or not, but if you haven’t go kill yourself!!! naw, but seriously, your stupid if you aint listening to this right now. lol Fabolous’ mixtape “There Is No Competition: Death Comes in 3’s” is his latest installment of straight murder in the “no competition” series. Somebody call the cops because this guy is killin it! Fabolous is just one of those artists that keeps coming up with crazy lyrics and punch lines, putting him at the top of his game in this hip hop industry. This mixtape is hosted by DJ and record producer DJ Drama and you know everything he touches is gold. Almost all the tracks on this album are bangers. We’ll start off with one of the more popular known tracks “Black City”, a verion of Tyga’s “Rack City”. Both of them are great, mostly bc that beat is just dope as fuck, but if I had to pick one, I would pick Fabo’s version. His lyrics are just better, plain and simple. One of my favorite lines from that song is “You niggas couldn’t even be real for Halloween” lol……… It’s a massacre everywhere he goes, lyrics for days. Another good track that has been pretty popular on satellite radio is “B.E.T”. With artists features such as Jadakiss and Styles P on the track you cant go wrong. It’s a recipe for success with these three, shown with one of the lines from Styles P saying “I’ll park 106 bullets in your face” #BET…….. DaMnnnnnnnn somebody call 911!!!!!!! The mixtape raps up with other features from artists such as Meek Mill #MMG , Trey Songz, Paul Cain, Lloyd Banks and Red Café.
